Hosted by Pat and Alice O Sullivan, River Valley Farmhouse was built in 1750
and has been in the O'Sullivan Family ever since.

We are situated in a beautiful valley with panoramic views of the Kerry mountains
with all modern facalities.

We want to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

All bedrooms are ensuite with TV, hairdryers, orthopectic beds, tea/coffee facilities, power showers, guest toiletries and a visitor information folder.

We are a non smoking house with beautiful gardens to relax in and secure car parking. Free fishing is available on the river flesk which flows through the farm

We are located 5km from Killarney town 0.5 km off the
N22 Killarney/Cork Road in a quiet rural area.

We are open for business from March to November.
